1. Bookings & Payments
- All reservations must be made through our official website or authorized booking partners.
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of full payment or as otherwise stated at checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard check-in time: 1pm-3pm
- Standard check-out time: 9am -11am
- Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must provide accurate personal information when booking.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay.
- Any damage, loss, or rule violations may result in additional charges.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activities, disruptive parties, or actions that may disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
5. Liability
- Sand Staycation is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss during your stay.
- Guests are encouraged to arrange personal travel insurance.
6. Changes & Cancellation
- Guests may cancel or modify bookings subject to our Refund Policy below.
- Sand Staycation reserves the right to amend or discontinue services due to unforeseen circumstances.
